The Women's Health Awareness Week (WHAW) is a week-long event that aims to disseminate and raise awareness of health issues that concern both women and men while highlighting the biases in research and healthcare. The event is inspired by the International Day of Action for Women's Health, so we are presenting various activities that aim to share knowledge on women's health, such as the difference in symptoms of depression in women and men.
During the WHAW the work and research of the members of the BSC that include the gender perspective or focuses on health biases will be displayed in an exhibition throughout the week. Other activities such as hybrid seminars, a quiz for the employees and a cineforum are also presented.
